What is it you do exactly?
Everything we do here at Brown Fox Creative is completely custom. There are no templates, samples that are shown are merely suggestions for what can be. However, if you really love the look of one of the items on this site, we can most certainly customize it to fit you.

Is Design Included in the Price?
Included in the price of all items is the initial design of 2-3 iterations based on your design direction. After the first initial design, we ask that you pick one design and we'll refine it together to get exactly what you're looking for.

Do you Require a Deposit?
Yes. You wouldn't go to the doctor and expect them to prescribe a treatment plan and allow you to see if it works first before you pay them. Nor can we craft the perfect invitation, program, custom monogram, etc. without a deposit first. The deposit is 50% off your total order. The deposit goes toward your total balance. The deposit is non-refundable.

How Long Does it Take?


Design typically takes 2-4 weeks. You will receive your first round of designs by the date stated in your contract.


If you choose an invitation with multiple layers, ribbon, wax seal, etc., it takes 14-30 days from the your final approval to print, trim & mount. If you choose a simpler style of invitation it takes 7-21 days from the your final approval to print to the day your order is ready to ship. All invitations ship USPS Priority unless otherwise agreed upon.

Rush Options
If your wedding or event is 12 weeks or less away you will need a rush order. Rush orders will add a charge of 15% to your order total, rush shipping at client's request. This will guarantee you receive your first draft 2-5 business days (as agreed). You will receive design and or text changes with rush option in 48 hours. Rush shipping is available and pricing depends on the size of the order. Inquire for more details at about shipping costs HERE.

FIRST fill out the Quote Form. Once invitation details and pricing is settled,

THEN place a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and is 50% of the total. The deposit goes toward your total balance.
