The Pre-Designed Process
The team at Brown Fox Creative will handle your stationery needs every step of the way. From handling the envelope addressing, to coordinating the perfect color combination to match your bridesmaids' dresses. We will create a timeline to ensure everything is on track for all things stationery-related, and guide you every step of the way. We'll suggest wording to use on all your pieces, and answer any etiquette questions too. We're specialists in this — so you don't have to be!
Take a look at our pre-designed options in our shop. The drafting and proofing process for printed suites takes 4 weeks, and the printing and production of physical, printed suites is 4 weeks. Rush is available for an additional fee, please inquire as to availability and cost. After booking, we'll provide a wording form where you can input all your event details. It even includes some wording suggestions! Then, see your vision come to life within the online portal
Please note, the minimum investment for a physical, printed stationery order to be accepted is $750 and the minimum investment for save the dates and day-of pieces (menus, programs, place cards, etc.) is cumulatively $500 in a combined day-of order.
Each stationery set includes envelopes for the invitation and/or RSVP and addressing on the envelopes. The wording, paper color, envelope color and any single color/one color artwork cane changed. Artwork colors or design cannot be changed, but you can add on custom artwork if desired. Four rounds of drafting are included, once the fifth round of drafting is reached, a $75 fee per round will be assessed. You are allowed to change the font(s) and color(s) one time, free of charge. After that point, any additional font or color swaps, monogram swaps, liner design swaps or minor layout changes are allowed, with a $50 design change fee, per instance.
Looking to add a little extra flair? We offer custom illustrations to give your invitation suite that extra personalization. Want to upgrade your suite with specialty printing such as letterpress, foil, etc.? Check out our print upgrade options. To add to your order, select the number of pieces in your suite, then select the quantity needed. Or perhaps you want to add embellishments such as ribbon, wax seals, bands, envelope liners, etc? Check out our embellishment add on options. To add to your order, select the embellishment style desired, then select the quantity needed. How to Order
To order, select the number of pieces you would like included in your suite. Ink and paper colors are shown on image 4, and font choices are shown on image 5. Please include these choices under “personalization” when ordering. 1-5 days after purchase, a link to our wording form will be sent to you. Complete this form with your specific wording. 2-4 days after receipt of your wording form, our team will then create your initial draft. Then, see your vision come to life within the online portal. We highly recommend consolidating all feedback so that the most can be made from each round of drafting.
