General Questions

What are your offerings?

Brown Fox Creative, specializes in intentional, custom design. From save the dates through to day-of pieces, using multiple various materials and printing processes, we've got all your stationery needs covered. Read more about our process here. 

What is the investment for custom stationery?

Investment for invitation suites begins around $13-$15 a suite. Investment for save the dates, day-of stationery, etc. is dependent on scope.

Is design included in the proposal?

Included in the investment of custom designed pieces is the initial design of three iterations based on our discussions, your overall aesthetic and any specific requests made known in the consult part of the process. After the initial design, you'll choose a design and we'll fine tune it to align with your vision.

How do I get started?

Start by completing the connect form. Then, we'll set up a consult so that we can determine your specific needs before a proposal is drafted.

Do you require a retainer?
Yes. We are unable to craft the perfect invitation, program, custom monogram, etc. without a retainer first. The retainer is 50% off your total order. The retainer is non-refundable, and goes toward your total balance.

Will invitations arrive assembled?

Anything that requires glueing, we will handle (like envelope liners, belly bands, backers). We're happy to assemble and mail your invitations, though that does come with additional fee. Otherwise we'll package the suite up by it's components (a stack of invitations, a stack of response cards, etc.) and send them to you or your planner.

Do you provide postage?

It is your responsibility to purchase postage for your invitation suite. If you’ve hired us to handle full assembly, we will add postage to your proposal.

How much postage will be needed?

We are unable to determine the weight until in we have all pieces complete and ready for final production steps. Please note that square pieces, duplexed card stock and/or heavy materials such as acrylic will incur additional postage or a parcel rate.

Timeline

Design & Drafting
Design typically takes 4-6 weeks. You will receive your first round of designs by the date stated in your contract.

Printing & Production

Printing and production usually takes 4-6 weeks. Some printing processes or finishes may require additional time.

Shipping

All invitations ship USPS Priority unless otherwise agreed upon. Courier delivery is available within the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex in Texas.

Rush Options

If your event is 16 weeks or less away (or you need your invitations in-hand in 8 weeks or less), you will need a rush order. Rush orders will add a charge of 15% to your order total (rush shipping additional, at client's request). Rush production is 6-7 weeks depending on quantity and complexity of your order. Booking

What are the booking steps?

  • Fill out the connect form so we can get the conversation started.
  • Then, we'll schedule a consultation so we can get to know your vision and needs. Consults are available via phone, video or in-person.
  • Once the details are determined, a retainer is required to secure our services. The retainer is non-refundable and is 50% of your proposal, which is goes toward your total balance.
  • Complete the contract.
  • Complete the the wording form.
  • Wait for our team to deliver details on how to review your your initial designs!
