What is the investment for custom stationery?
Investment for semi-custom invitation suites begins around $5 and goes up to $16 a suite. Average spend is between $7-$10 a suite. Investment for save the dates, day-of stationery, etc. is dependent on scope.
What is included in the base price?
The base price for most designs include the invitation, invitation envelope, RSVP and RSVP envelope. If we provide an estimate, each component is listed per line. Included are four rounds of drafting. After drafts are approved, we'll turn your stationery into a reality.
How do I get started?
Start by completing the connect form. Then, we'll set up a consult so that we can determine your specific needs before a proposal is drafted.
Do you require a retainer (deposit)?
Yes. We are unable to craft the perfect invitation, program, custom monogram, etc. without a retainer (deposit) first. The retainer is 50% off your total order. The retainer is non-refundable, and goes toward your total balance.
Will invitations arrive assembled?
Anything that requires glueing, we will handle (like envelope liners, belly bands, backers). Otherwise we'll package the suite up by it's components and send them to you.
Do you provide postage?
It is your responsibility to purchase postage for your invitation suite.
How much postage will be needed?
We are unable to determine the weight until in we have all pieces complete and ready for final production steps. Please note that square pieces, duplexed card stock and/or heavy materials such as acrylic will incur additional postage or a parcel rate.
Design & Drafting
Design typically takes 4 weeks. You will receive your first round of designs by the date stated in your contract.
Printing & Production
Printing and production usually takes 4-6 weeks. Some printing processes or finishes may require additional time.
All invitations ship USPS Priority unless otherwise agreed upon. Courier delivery is available within the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex in Texas.
If your event is 16 weeks or less away (or you need your invitations in-hand in 8 weeks or less), you will need a rush order. Rush production is 6-7 weeks depending on quantity and complexity of your order. Email us at email@example.com to inquire for rush cost and chat through your specific rush order needs.
What are the booking steps?
- Fill out the connect form so we can get the conversation started.
- Choose the semi-custom design you'd like to proceed with from the shop.
- Once the details are determined, a retainer is required to secure our services. The retainer is non-refundable and is 50% of your proposal, which is goes toward your total balance.
- Complete the contract.
- Complete the the wording form.
- Wait for our team to deliver details on how to review your your initial designs!
